My Account

To proceed your way to the order check out, you will need to create an account. With having a Pantrei account created, you will have many benefits throughout your scroll at the website. 

So, you will be prompted to register yourself at Pantrei which is very easy, and you won’t have to repeatedly type in your details each time either.

Click the login icon on the top right corner of the screen. Completely fill in all the fields shown on the sign up page. Once completed with the registration, please check your email for a confirmation. Make sure you click on the activate button in the email. Once activated and redirected back to the website you can simply explore and shop.

If you previously created an account, just proceed to the top right corner of the screen by clicking the 'Your Account' button and enter your login details. This will be your email address and the password you chose when you signed up.

If you forgot your password, you'll need to enter your email address you chose when signed up. You will receive an email with a password reset  link in it. Please note that this email may take some time to reach you and could appear in your spam / junk folder.

Click on the link in the email when you receive it, and you'll be prompted to enter a new password. You can then use the new password to login to your Pantrei account.

Orders

If you know what you're looking for, type it into the search bar at the top of your screen.

If an item you're interested in is sold out, we will be posting updates for you to follow up regarding restocking, if restocked. You can subscribe to our newsletter for all routine updates.

To place an order, simply scroll through our categories and products, add the items you're interested in to your cart and follow the step-by-step process. Fill out your contact and shipping details and continue to the payment page. Then proceed to submit your order.

You can contact customer support if needed.

If for any reason you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer support within 60 minutes of order placement. A refund will be processed accordingly which may take up to 14 business days.

We would prefer you place the order simply through the website, if in case you're unable to do so please get in touch with our customer support.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify any changes in the order after it has been placed.

If any of your items isn't what you ordered, or if you want to return/exchange it, please fill out the form here and send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back to us.

Which payment methods are available?

If opted Paypal for payment during checkout, at the end of the ordering process you will automatically be redirected to PayPal. From there on, you can continue with your details and confirm payment. Your payment via PayPal will usually be debited within a few minutes.

You can choose the Google Pay option as an express check out, where all your necessary billing information and card details will be fetched via Google. You can simply configure and complete the order process by paying your order total.

We accept Visa & Master card for order processing. And the payment will be charged at the time of order completion. 

If for any reason, during the ordering process you face problems with authentication please contact your bank/card issuer since we reserve no control over payment authentication errors. 

Incase of refunds, your order total will be refunded back to the original payment method use at the time of check out. No alterations will be made in this case.

Our standard delivery is FREE of charge, as long as you meet the minimum order value of $100. Should your order be below $100, the delivery cost will be 15$.

Returns can be accommodated as free returns as long as you meet the requirement of sending it back within 7 days given that it does not facilitate change of mind.

Order items that can already be shipped will be sent earlier than the ones that might cost time to arrange.

Orders from Pantrei.com can be delivered all around the globe, we do not ship to PO. Box addresses.

Returns/Exchanges & Refunds

If it's not a fit or you have a change of mind, you have 7 days to return your unworn items. Return packages postmarked within 7 days will be qualified for a free return.

If an item is damaged or defective, you can file a complaint with our customer support. You can send the item back to us to either get an exchange, only if it's available in stock. Or we will issue a complete refund once the package is received by us.

In case of exchanges, we offer exchange for the same product in a different size/color subject to availability. You can request an exchange within 7 days. After this time frame, all exchange requests will be denied.

We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage, or upon grounds of hygiene. Items worn purely to see whether they fit are not considered worn.

Returns must only be sent back in new condition i.e unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. If the product received is not in this condition, it will be sent back and will cost you the shipping charges invalidating a refund request as well.

It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when placing an order. No alterations are possible in this regard.

If it's not a fit, you have 7 days to return your package. Please contact our customer support before requesting for a return.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase or think your order arrived damaged, you can send any unworn item back to us.
