Delivery & Returns

Shipping:

  • We can practically ship to any location worldwide.
  • Orders are normally processed and booked within 48-72 hours of order placement and are scheduled for delivery the following business day, once the order is confirmed.
  • Delivery within the timed frame is subject to availability of stock and sizes, and payment authorizations.
  • We provide free shipping across the nation on orders that are above PKR 5,000/- and free international shipping on orders that are above USD 150/-
  • For international orders, delivery charges are quoted separately on the check-out page as the part of order details. 
  • Total amount chargeable will include shipping & handling charges.
  • All prices will be inclusive of gst as per the budget revisions.
  • All orders with products purchased from SALE nation-wide will be charged a flat shipping rate of PKR 250/-
  • Set delivery time for nation-wide orders is 2-3 business days and for international orders it is 5-7 business days.
  • Preferred courier companies would include Leopard courier, Trax & DHL. Delivery agents are allowed to make two attempts only to deliver the parcel.
 

Returns & Exchanges:

We cater our clients in the best of their interests in terms to exchange their articles, subject to the fact that the purchase is made from our online store only.

  • Article(s) can be exchanged only within first 15 days of receiving the parcel, date noted as per courier receipt.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The article specifications do not resemble the one originally quoted or is found to not match the one that is actually purchased.
  • All exchanges dependent on personal preferences will be charged shipping expense of PKR 250/ - and return will exclusively be customer's obligation.
  • Colors are subject to variation from the original articles due to shoot and lighting adjustment purposes. Any exchange request on these terms will not be catered.
  • A replacement will be arranged in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped both domestically and internationally. You will be required to provide photographic content as an evident proof of the defective item you received at customercare@Pantrey.com. Noted that all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and that you have the original invoice with you, your request will be facilitated in best interests.
  • There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include the following limitations:
    1. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
    2. Product is damaged because of use.
    3. Product has tampered.

 

We are not able to provide a cashback/refund but instead, you will be issued a coupon of the same amount being valid on our website which you can use to purchase, only if the request falls in the above mentioned categories.

Provide all the required information to our customer support representative and if all the conditions are met, we will arrange an exchange for you. At Pantrey, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and we try our best to be fair to both parties.
