WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please contact our customer support team before requesting for a return.
In case of a damaged product, your request will be processed based on photographic evidence.
Packages must be set out for return within 14 days of order placement. Returns after this time frame would be denied. Return packages postmarked within 14 days will be qualified for a free return.
We love the look you ordered, but if you think it does not suit you, you can send the item back for a return. Returns must be sent back in new condition i.e unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. Shoes must be returned in their original box sent.
If any order is received damaged, it will be sent back, subjected to additional shipping charges.

Exchange items are only limited to exchange for the same product but in a different size. Contact our customer support team for assistance regarding availability of sizes and color variations.
Sale items are eligible for exchange for only a different size, if available.

HOW SOON CAN I GET A REFUND?
Refunds are issued through online credit in the same form of payment selection to the same billing information. No alterations in payment modes and credit cards will be provided.
A refund will be issued once your return is processed and received by us. This may take up to 12-14 days.
Once a return request is processed, you will receive a personalised confirmation in your email.
